Confined Space Entry Supervisor

CFS-2.2

Confined space entry supervisors are a key part of safety during permit-required confined space entry procedures. They are responsible for authorizing and overseeing the entry, and canceling entry any time hazards arise. This awareness-level course outlines the basic duties and responsibilities of a confined space entry supervisor, and the basic elements of a permitting system and permit program. Before taking this course, learners should receive training over confined space awareness and permit-required confined space roles and responsibilities, such as the SafetySkills Confined Space Awareness course or equivalent training. This course is presented in English and Spanish.
