Time management is important for employees at all levels, as when done poorly, it can have a ripple effect on the company's workers. Done well, workers who apply time management techniques carefully plan their time and accomplish their goals. This can lead to improved relationships, both inside and outside of work, more free time, and career advancement. This course is primarily for employees, but can be applicable at all levels, including supervisory positions.
